The brief
QIIC wanted takaful (Islamic insurance) to feel as approachable as any consumer finance category — car insurance, health insurance, property. The category's dignity shouldn't make it unfriendly. Eight years later, we're still on the account.
We run the full programme: SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, social management, plus the print and online design work that lives alongside it — festive campaigns (Eid, Ramadan, National Day), product launches, renewal reminders, branch material, fair stands, corporate gifting, and the everyday content calendar in between. 01 — SEO that compounded
Arabic and English content hubs around takaful FAQs and product categories — built to earn ranking on the questions people actually type, not the slogans the category likes to repeat.
02 — Paid that fed the funnel
Google Ads on intent keywords for new business; Meta Ads for prospecting and retargeting. Existing customers see different creative to prospects, and the renewal window gets its own treatment.
03 — Always-on social, festive moments hand-built
A motion-graphic library so the monthly content calendar moves fast — and Eid, Ramadan, and National Day get bespoke hero creative every year.
04 — Design that travels offline
Print campaigns, branch material, fair and event stands, internal comms, corporate gifting. Eight years of touchpoints — so the brand looks the same whether you find it on a search result or a roll-up at a trade fair.
